The definition of the word charter carries different meanings. From the various definitions the following best adjust to what we do onto who we are:

The supply chains are been affected by melamine, heavy metals, infusion of antibiotics, e coli, salmonella, as well by financial matters. To this effect we declare a fact something that already exists wherein because of greed, amoral behavior, lack of ethics or integrity, while fusing coercion, extortion and corruption may well be part of the global challenges that we face and that we as consumers need to fend-off. These shall not set the new standard for corporate and government governance to operate worldwide, we contribute in setting the stage to change current behavior to act on a higher purpose.
In times that are changing ever faster within the challenges of the global free market the need for authoritative and value-adding actions that contribute to safeguarding the supply chains on a platform of self reliance, prudence, integrity, competence, impartiality and purpose has come to pass.

- A guarantee of rights, franchise or privileges from the sovereign power of a state or country;
- A written instrument from the authorities’; and
- A special privilege, immunity or exemption
The answers to the above four (4) pointers follows:
- Our Charter is a written instrument for organizations and companies to carry as signatories in adhering prudently to the constitution which government carries its duties to protect communities and citizens - consumers as authoritatively granted (to the GOB | GCC);
- The State of California and the US Federal Government has provided us with the privilege to carry the nonprofit chartered legal entity activities of donations, fundraising, receive grants from private and government sectors. This is to authoritatively carryout namely Regulatory Affair Activities which encompass accreditation and recognition as means to promote the Charter;
- The written instrument to carryout the charter comes from the government of the State and country wherein we register and operate, respectively California USA. And we equally carry a charter in the form of a written instrument for signatories to prudently address and act; and
- As a nonprofit charitable legal entity we donate excess proceedings to other charities for which we carry tax exemption under the Internal Revenue Services Code
Our Charter is to primarily protect communities and consumers and
to secondarily promote, encourage and participate with initiatives of
products and services from America.
It is to this effect to prevent conflict of interest, remain impartial, sustain moral values with integrity is why we carryout donation, fundraising, grants and Regulatory Affairs Activities (RAA) that encompass the licensing of accreditation and recognition as a significant mean to convey the Charter without having to cater to dubious special interests.
