IThe inception of the GOB Platform into the protection of consumers started with affairs of regulatory nature that relates to a gamut of activities including training venues & higher education, financial, safe foods & beverages, finished goods, sectors that relate to the medical devices, healthcare, security of information & confidentiality relevance, and concerns for the environment, as well as safety & health. To this effect, the GOB carries competence and unsurpassable impartiality.

Accreditation is a voluntary program of self regulation developed to assess and to grant accreditation - recognition effectiveness of affairs, regulation and activities within the boundaries of scope. As a Public Trust, the GOB accreditation or recognition programs provides assurance to communities and consumers, public in general, that meet in accordance to laws, regulations and internationally recognized and generally accepted best-in-class benchmarks. Accreditation - recognition earned is of value not only to the accredited organization as well as to communities, consumers, et al the general public. And while the GOB operates entirely independent and impartial, organizations, suppliers and consumers, and other institutions, organizations and entities can accept that the GOB credentials are honorable and legitimate. This legitimacy as authoritatively empowered by the Government of the State of California with entrust from the Attorney General Department of Justice as determined by the Federal Department of the Treasury.

The GOB was officially formed because of the information and know-how and structure that united our knowledge and competence to the benefit of consumers with impartiality. Furthermore, our knowledge and sources to act facing issues that relate to matters of infringement of legal obligations through secret combinations, greed, integrity and activities with dubious purpose resulting in ailments and harm to consumers, we no longer being able to stay in the sidelines as observers the establishment of the GOB has come to pass.

The global reach that we carries allows our Platform to carry out the Charter with prominence and promptly through the Technical Delegates across worldwide with the Leadership and Governance of a Board of Directors and now with hope, fortitude and purpose. The Platform advances in seeking to benefit consumers and communities all over the world, as now its area of jurisdiction as determined by worldwide delegates.

With the help from donations, bequests, fundraising, and grants from government and mainly from the private sectors, and regulatory affairs practices we are creating a level of awareness worldwide, and making the GOB Platform and its Charter one of its kind and quickly carrying its impact worldwide.  

Our governmental trust contributes to carry over the Charter as a reality, not a fad. It is for this reason that we carry a vision to disseminate the Charter through signatories and to create a model model of collaborative effort with purpose within an honorable duty.
