We carry no lobbying activities or we are part that accept no advertising; bearing special interest activities under the legally binding Charter as a nonprofit entity transfer of funds to non charitable entities. Our resources derive from donations, grants and fundraisers. To collect data and information there are numerous means, and we find that regulatory, accreditation and recognition activities are highly effective, efficient and reliable means to carryout the Charter. To this effect we benchmark recognizable and internationally acceptable protocols.
The information that our Web Portals information, listing and otherwise are with the intend to disseminate the Charter and helps to choose and decide by communities and consumers.
The information in our public portals may not be used without the written authorization by the Board of Directors, see Piracy; in the eventuality that this information is used infringing this policy, the necessary actions to prevent or preclude unauthorized use of our marks, misuse of our reputation, seal, marks and image will be taken, which may include legal action.

As a nonprofit legally binding chartered organization we work in ways that can extend globally through competent delegates spanning the globe and through a governance by a Board of Directors representing communities, consumers, services, finished goods and foods and beverages from the USA.
To outline the general protocol:
- Need to present by a competent professional(s) or team of professionals to the USA office, also information may be collected from media and special acts,
- Follow GOB-TBC-001 procedural protocol,
- Analysis and/or investigation may (most likely) need be carryout,
- Present, discuss and concurrence by competent Delegates designee with competence and cultural diversity, and
- The Board of Director needs to approve the inclusion to the TBC listings
